Deposit/Cancellation Policy
Deposit / Cancellation Policy: A deposit of one night lodging per unit is due within 7 days of the initial Cabo Del Sol booking date. Final payment plus lodging tax is due 45 days prior to arrival. If the reservation falls within 45 days of arrival, full payment is due within 3 days. If monies are not received according to schedule, reservation is subject to cancellation. Cancellations received prior to 45 days of arrival forfeit $50 per unit. Cancellations received 45-30 days prior to arrival forfeit the advance deposit. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. We regret that there are no refunds for no shows, late arrivals or early departures.
 Telephone / Key Deposit
A credit card imprint is required upon check-in for damage, key and telephone deposit. Premier Resorts de Mexico reserves the right to make alternate rental arrangements of equal or better accommodations in quality and size if the agreed property is not available or is unsuitable for reasons beyond our control. Guests shall pay all costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred by Premier Resorts de Mexico in exercising any of the rights or remedies, or enforcing any of the terms, conditions or provisions hereof.
